I'm on CPT and I'm working for company A. They have filed H1B on behalf of me and I got an RFE for proper employment dates issue. My company has provided the information needed on October 10 2017, and we are waiting for the response from USCIS (its been 31 days as of today since the status change). However, my CPT is going to end and my SEVIS ID will terminated on Dec 14 2017. I know there are 30 days still before my SEVIS ID termination. But, I would like to know what happens if the H1 is still pending after Dec 14 2017 and my SEVIS ID is terminated. Can I still work for my employer after Dec 14 2017 after SEVIS ID gets terminated? And also one more question, Would there be any impact of SEVIS ID termination on my H1 approval? Can anyone here please respond immediately since this is a big issue for me.
