H1BSupport.Com has confirmed yesterday that the lottery results will be out before April 28, 2014 and our expert prediction was 100% correct READ THE ARTICLE POSTED YESTERDAY  USCIS received about 172,500 H-1B petitions during the filing period which began April 1, including petitions filed for the advanced degree exemption. What is cap-exempt H1B? If you were “GRANTED” an H1B in the last 6 years, you may file a new H1B under cap-exemption. In other words, you are not subject to annual cap, a new or the same Employer can file an H1B like an H1B Transfer. What do you mean by granted in the last 6 years? It is not clear what implies GRANTED. It could be the date of approval or the date of expiry. However, our research indicated that you can still count from the date of expiry. Few H1B Employers and Attorney websites have also confirmed that...
