The USCIS random selection process A/K/A lottery and press release on April 10, 2014 has concluded receipt of 172, 500 applications for FY 2015.  The USCIS has met the 65,000 general-category cap and 20,000 cap under the advanced degree exemption and USCIS have begun sending receipts for cases that were filed under Premium Processing. What is cap-exempt H1B? If you were “GRANTED” an H1B in the last 6 years, you may file a new H1B under cap-exemption.
