My current employer filed an extension and the status changed to RFE on April 4, 2017. My I-94 is valid till July 9,2018 but my LCA already expired on DEC 12th, 2017.
My question is :
1) I got new offer from another employer , Can I do H1 transfer now ?
2) If yes, should it be in normal processing (or) premium , which is safe ?
3) If my current employer withdraws petition any risk involved ?
