I had filed my petition from a small India employer based in US. I am in India and my petition is about to expire in 11 months. My Employer asked me to provide the notarized/ attested employment agreement with 2 years contract and $24000 penalty in case of agreement breach. So I was reluctant in providing notarized agreement because I have heard that this employer has pulled other people to court as well. I have paid all the money for Visa. I had filed FOIA and got my petition/ letter. Now I am thinking my petition will get expired and money will be wasted.
Can I use this petition after it is expired to transfer my petition to new employer Or I should get it stamped and then I can transfer/ file Cap exempt renewal from my current Indian company(MNC) even after petition is expired.
Can I just attest and provide a notarized agreement so that he send me for stamping and then I just don't travel to US through this employer and try to utilize my expired petition from another employer. If I travel with this employer with 6 month Visa validity then what will be the chances for extension.
