Is it risky to use Dropbox for an approved h1b but denied extension of stay cases

I recently switched jobs. My h1b was approved but my extension of stay was denied because I was out of the country when the application was filed. I left the US within 3 days of getting my approval notice to minimize overstay. Now that I'm back in India and trying to get my visa stamped, I'm only eligible for the Dropbox option.  1. Is that going to be an issue given my situation, 2. Does it increases chances of an RFE, 3. Is there a way I can be eligible for an interview?

Hi, I am also facing similler issue.

My petition for H1 transfer got denied from USCIS. So I came back to India. I again filed a fresh petition with new Employer and got it approved on Jan-2018. 

What is your current status ? Thanks..!
