I-797C receipt lost, need to change regular H1B processing to premium.

Our H1b was filed and we received a copy of  I-797c receipt. Mine was sent to the employer but  for the dependents it was mailed to our residence , apparently it has been misplaced/lost. I need to change the process to premium it's mentioned that this receipt is required while filing a premium petition, can someone pls help

Can we file it without the hard copy of the I-797C receipt if we have the receipt number?
