H1B RFE received by Vermont centre in Nov 2016, still no updates

hi... My petition (H1B Non Premium) was picked in lottery in April 2016 and it went to RFE in Oct 2016. I submitted my RFE documents  and it was received by Vermont centre on november 29,2016. Still there is no update from USCIS.

 I am very worried since its been 4  months after they received my response. I would like to know if my case is within the normal processing timeframe. 

 Can someone please respond me ?

It looks like your H1B case is out of normal processing time frame. Your Employer/Attorney must open a Service Request immediately (You can not do this by yourself.) Visit this Link Outside Normal Processing Time
